A major supermarket chain required several feature areas for their national conference.
A “seafood stand” was designed to replicate a small fishing village, the idea was to build individual smaller stands inside one large themed area. The smaller stands were designed and built so that the vendors could display and prepare their produce for taste testing of their new products.
The seafood stand consisted of a raised wharf built from recycled timber sourced from a disused wharf. Recycled timber was also used for the individual stands. To enhance the board walk and stands we manufactured customised lighting. Completely functional fridges and freezers were fully plumbed in for drainage.
The "Deli stand" was based on the theme ‘A Day At The Races’, we designed and manufactured a miniature horse race track complete with long grass, running rails, starter gates and a finishing post. Each vendor had an area to display and provide taste tests of new products. The centre of the track was turned into a BBQ area where new product could be sampled straight from the BBQ.
